Privacy Policy

Overview

Mortgage Analyzer AI is designed to keep your mortgage planning data on your device. We do not require a user account and we do not run a backend that stores your mortgage scenarios.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, home address, salary, mortgage application documents, or saved loan scenarios. Calculations are performed on-device.

Advertising

Mortgage Analyzer AI is free, and it shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers and related advertising data to deliver and measure ads. If App Tracking Transparency permission is denied, ads may still appear but they may be less personalized.

Google describes its advertising data practices in Google's Privacy Policy.

AI Advisor

The AI Advisor runs on your device using Apple Intelligence. There is no account to create, no API key to enter, and no subscription. Your messages, your loan details, and the AI's answers stay on your device: they are not sent to us, and they are not sent to any third-party AI service. The feature works offline.

Your conversation is held in memory only while the app is open. It is not written to your device's storage and it is not backed up. Closing the app clears it, and you can clear it yourself at any time from Settings → Reset Everything, which also resets the calculator. If you are upgrading from an earlier version that did save conversations to your device, that saved file is deleted the first time this version opens.

The app requires iOS 26 or later. The AI Advisor additionally requires a device that supports Apple Intelligence — per Apple's list, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone Air, iPhone 16 or later, iPad mini (A17 Pro), or an iPad with M1 or later — with Apple Intelligence turned on in iOS Settings. On a device that cannot run it, the calculator and every other feature work normally. Apple Intelligence is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Saved files

If you save mortgage scenarios, those files remain local to your device unless you choose to sync them through an Apple service such as iCloud Drive.

Children's privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the updated version will appear on this page with a revised date.
