Privacy Policy

Overview

Mortgage Analyzer AI is designed to keep your mortgage planning data on your device. We do not require a user account and we do not run a backend that stores your mortgage scenarios.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, home address, salary, mortgage application documents, or saved loan scenarios. Calculations are performed on-device.

Advertising

The free version of the app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers and related advertising data to deliver and measure ads. If App Tracking Transparency permission is denied, ads may still appear but they may be less personalized.

Google describes its advertising data practices in Google's Privacy Policy.

AI Advisor

The AI Advisor is optional. If you add an OpenRouter API key, the key is stored on your device in the Apple Keychain. When you use the AI feature, your prompt and the current loan context needed to answer that prompt are sent directly from your device to OpenRouter. We do not receive or store that conversation.

Review OpenRouter's Privacy Policy for their terms and handling of request data.

Saved files

If you save mortgage scenarios, those files remain local to your device unless you choose to sync them through an Apple service such as iCloud Drive.

Children's privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the updated version will appear on this page with a revised date.
